Eligibility

Who IS Eligible?

  • Household owes at least one month of rent OR utility bill OR anticipates need for future rental assistance;

  • Household head or co-head must attest to experiencing financial hardship during or after the COVID pandemic

  • Household at risk of homelessness or service disconnection due to unpaid rent/utilities

  • Households whose annual income is at or below 80% of the AMI, based on HUD income data
