Eligibility

Who IS Eligible?

  • Household owes at least one month of rent OR utility bill OR anticipates need for future rental assistance;

  • Household head or co-head experiencing financial hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic

  • Household is at risk of homelessness due to non-payment of rent or at risk of service disconnection due to non-payment

  • And, household annual income is at or below 80% of area median income (AMI). (See chart below.)

  • Household is behind on utility charges and/or at risk of serivce disconnection
